Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with BrightStar Entertainment.

Last updated: July 2026.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a booking, contact, or application form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, community or organization, email, phone number, and any details about the event or performer you’re asking about. We don’t collect payment information through this site.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, coordinate a booking, and communicate with you about it. We don’t sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies, analytics & embedded content

This site does not run analytics and does not set cookies of its own. We do not track you across other websites.

Some performer profiles include a video hosted on YouTube. The video is not loaded until you press play, and it is served through YouTube’s no-cookie domain; once you press play, YouTube may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy. Our Social page may also display our Facebook and Instagram photo feeds through a third-party widget (Elfsight), which loads content from those services.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to manage our relationship with you and for our own recordkeeping.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information we have on file for you at any time by contacting us directly.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here is always the current one.
