Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you request or book a performer through BrightStar Entertainment.

Last updated: July 2026.

1. Who this agreement is with

These terms are between BrightStar Entertainment LLC (“BrightStar,” “we,” “us”) and the community, facility, or individual requesting a performer (“you,” the “client”). By submitting a booking request through this site, by phone, or by email, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking requests

Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we’ve communicated with you directly to confirm the date, performer, and price.

3. Performers

BrightStar coordinates performers for your event. If a scheduled performer becomes unavailable, we’ll do our best to arrange a comparable replacement or reschedule with you.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

We understand plans change. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, and we’ll work with you on the details. Specific notice windows or fees, if any, will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

5. Payment

Pricing and payment terms are agreed directly with you before a booking is confirmed. This site does not process payments.

6. Site use

You agree to use this site, and the information on it, only for legitimate booking inquiries. Content on this site, including text, images, and the BrightStar name and logo, belongs to BrightStar Entertainment LLC and may not be reused without permission.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is always the current one.
